LPC, 4 years of experience
Hi, I’m Danny – and therapy with me is real, collaborative, and (yes) often filled with laughter. I’m a solutions-focused therapist who believes healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I bring empathy, humor, and a deep respect for your unique story to every session. My approach is about more than just processing—it's about helping you move forward, feel more like yourself, and build a life that actually feels good to live. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, and relational dynamics. I have a special focus on LGBTQ+ clients and families, and I’m deeply affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. Whether you’re coming out, going through a breakup, shifting family roles, or recovering from difficult past experiences—I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you. You won’t get generic nods or vague advice from me. Instead, we’ll work together to find practical tools that fit your real life, while also giving space to feel, reflect, and grow. My style is down-to-earth, warm, and direct—like a supportive conversation with someone who really gets it. Therapy can be transformative, and it can also be human and even kind of fun. If you’re looking for someone who will take your challenges seriously without making the process feel like a chore, we might be a great fit.
In the first session we will take time to get to know one another, identify strengths, and start thinking about what changes you would like to see in your life.
I am apprachable, funny, and strengths focused. I am a very intelligent and confident therapist who is able to find positivity and highlight strength and growth consistently.
I am most confident serving adolescents and young adults transitioning into a life they are excited to be a part of.
I have been working specifically with Trans and Queer clients and families over the last 2 years. As part of this community, I have been able to use threptic techniques to support people with the unique mental health conditions that so often surround people who identify as LGBTQ+.
My approach is often focused on finding solutions to the current symptoms that are being seen. I focus on making sure our solutions work for you to build healthy habits. This can relieve symptoms quickly.
I have worked as family therapist for the last 3 years. I have supported family systems to learn how to communicate with one another and find a way to support one another. This style often is used when talking with families and couples.
I believe that therapy should be done for the client and based on what they think is important to them.
I am a positive person, I intentionally work from the first session to ensure that finding, supporting, and growing strengths is a focus for each client.
