About me

Hello, I am Daed (Dee) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I obtained my undergrad degree in psychology from the University of Arizona and my masters degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I am a bilingual therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I help people who want to feel more at ease in their daily lives, improve their relationships, and find more joy in who they are. With over 10 years of experience, I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, or past experiences. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and focus on what matters most to you as you work toward a calmer, more fulfilling life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I often use client centered skills during treatment and have a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. During our initial encounter we will explore your needs and decide what would be the most appropriate therapy modality for you. I like to utilize the time on our firsts session to build rapport, gather background information, discuss needs and perhaps identify treatment goals. I like to leave some time for any questions you might have and discuss scheduling.
