As your therapist, I will help you manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. Together we can figure out the skills and tools needed to address these challenges. We will use an individualized--real yet compassionate-- approach to focus on strengthening your well-being, all while allowing you to be 'authentically you.' Everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves. There's no better time to start therapy--and I'd love to work with you.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will start with introductions, exploring your current presentation of challenges while gathering an informative history. We will also begin to work to identify your goals and desires sought through therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive approach. I've worked with many children, adolescents, adults, and families primarily in community settings. Women interested in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/family stress, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, and career issues tend to be the best fit.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Adolescents and adults experiencing emotional distress including anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, traumatic experiences, family conflict, and difficulty in relationships.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I focus on creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing when they are supported with genuine care and respect. Our sessions often feel conversational in-nature, sometimes involving a few laughs or tears, but real work and progress can be done.
