If you’re looking for a therapist in Bucks County/Philadelphia area, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, panic, chronic worry, stress, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I also work with clients experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. In my practice, this means we focus on both understanding what’s happening in this moment and identifying patterns that no longer serve you. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability. My approach focuses on building real-life tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. It is structured, supportive, and collaborative. CBT is a major focus of my work, meaning we identify thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles that keep anxiety, depression and low self esteem going—and actively work to change them in practical ways.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I begin with learning about your most current pressing issue that has you seeking support. Collaboratively we will identify what is happening in the here and now. My style is warm, grounded, and supportive. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—instead, we figure things out together at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Before you leave our first session you will have a coping skill to practice and each week after that we will add to these skills so you can rely on them outside of our therapy sessions. Clients often tell me they appreciate feeling understood, not analyzed—like they can finally breathe a little easier and make sense of how they can manage what they’re carrying.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use a mind/body approach to help my clients develop awareness around early feelings of overwhelm and emotional dysregulation. I am also skilled in using mindful awareness techniques to help find coping strategies that increase emotional regulation and reduce overwhelm for my clients. These skills are designed to strengthen and connect with their internal abilities to manage the modern world we live in. I genuinely belief that people are far more capable of change than they realize.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Life transitions happen continuously throughout our lives. I help clients to adjust to large and small transitions. I have worked with clients navigating divorce, departure to college, emptyness, career changes, retirement, and aging. Throughout this process we address anxity and fear to help build confidence and well-being. My approach is to provide clients with practical skills to learn in session and to implement and practice outside of therapy.
