New to Grow
I am Autumn Kiser, a licensed therapist based in Colorado and Wyoming. My approach to therapy is Christian-based drawing from a range of person-centered and evidence‑informed therapeutic methods. At the heart of my work, I believe each individual has the capacity for change and growth. Even when life feels heavy, there is always a part of us that holds the gift of resilience, wisdom, and healing grace. My role is to help individuals reconnect with that part to create a grounded, supportive space where they can feel understood, regain a sense of control, and move toward the changes that matter most to them.
In our first session, I focus on providing a supportive space where we can get a sense of what it’s like to work together. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your current challenges and the strengths you already carry. We’ll explore the goals you what to work on in therapy and begin shaping a plan that you feel meets your needs and values. You can expect a warm, non‑judgmental environment where your experiences are honored and your self-determination is respected. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and clinical expertise as we begin building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and hope.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and deeply person‑centered. I draw from a range of strength‑based and evidence‑informed modalities such as Mindfulness‑Based Cognitive Therapy, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic therapy along with other therapeutic approaches. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and trained in Collaborative Assessment and Management for Suicidality (CAMS). I support adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and other challenges that impact mental health and well‑being. If you’re looking for a warm, supportive environment where your story is honored and your growth is encouraged, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My ideal clients are those who want to grow, who are curious about their inner world, willing to reflect, and motivated to create meaningful change. I’m especially aligned with individuals who are open to step into a healing journey, even if they feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or depression, and are often wanting a space where their resilience is recognized and their story is honored.
