Hello and congratulations on this major step in your wellness journey! I prioritize services to BIPOC LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples seeking support transforming their relational patterns while deepening understanding of self. Together we will utilize the power of relationship as a sacred tool, capable of moving us all further away from colonized markers of wellness, and closer to a version of healing rich with compassion, self-confrontation, and reverence for your personal story. Our work together will be rooted in the principles of liberation psychology and harm reduction. My aim is to amplify the innate wisdom existing in you, while guiding you towards a version of wellness that prioritizes curiosity and self-celebration!
