Dr. Little is a great listener and she gives me practical tools to implement. I always take notes as she gives me advice . We are working on me stepping back from being “the fixer”, holding people accountable with clear expectations that we both agree upon and respecting boundaries.

One of the things I appreciate most is how she helps structure each session with a clear agenda. When there’s so much on my mind, She helps turn our conversations into an actionable plan for growth. She teaches practical communication skills that I can apply in my everyday life and relationships. She is warm, professional, insightful, and creates a safe space while still holding me accountable. I genuinely look forward to our weekly sessions I highly recommend Dr. Mya Little.
