What if you didn’t have to choose which version of yourself gets to be heard? The confident you. The worried you. The one who wants change. The one who wants things to stay familiar. They can all be there at the same time. And instead of trying to silence one over the other, therapy can help you understand what each one is bringing to the table.
Starting therapy can feel a little awkward—you’re meeting a stranger and somehow supposed to know where to begin. You don’t have to come in with everything figured out. Our first session is a chance to talk about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you here, and what you’d like to be different. You can take your time, ask questions, or simply start wherever feels easiest. There’s no perfect way to show up for your first session.
I consider myself down-to-earth and curious, and I bring a genuine interest in understanding the journey that brought you to therapy. I’m not someone who wants to jump straight into advice or try to fix things for you. Instead, I like to slow things down and get curious about what’s really happening beneath the surface. Sometimes the way we think, react, or relate to others makes more sense when we understand what’s underneath it. My hope is that our work together helps you make sense of those patterns and gives you a better understanding of yourself along the way.
You may be a good fit for my practice if you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns but aren’t sure how to change them. You might overthink, people-please, avoid conflict, or be your own toughest critic. Even if you know what you’d like to do differently, something keeps getting in the way. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion while helping you understand yourself on a deeper level, I welcome you to reach out.

Our relationships have a powerful impact on how we see ourselves and navigate the world. I use an interpersonal approach to help you improve communication, set healthier boundaries, navigate relationship challenges, and strengthen the connections that matter most to you.
I believe you are more than the challenges that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll identify the strengths, resilience, and values you already have while building new skills and insights to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Therapy should feel like a place where you can show up honestly without worrying about being judged or having everything figured out. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where we’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
