New to Grow
Are you ready to take steps towards actionable change? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for young adults, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to develop resilience, gain clarity, and make positive changes in their lives.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and review relevant aspects of your background. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and together we'll begin developing a plan tailored to your needs.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I provide a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore life's challenges, build effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Together, we identify strengths, navigate obstacles, and create a path toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
I am best positioned to serve adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, or difficulties with motivation and behavior change. I work with clients who are interested in better understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and who want to develop practical skills to improve their well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can build resilience, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth and lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a type of therapy that helps people improve their mental health by changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. It is often used to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma. CBT focuses on how thoughts, feelings, and actions influence each other.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a counseling approach that helps people find their own motivation to make positive changes. Instead of telling someone what to do, the we would work to explore their goals, concerns, and reasons for change.
