I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with women ages 18 and older through individual therapy. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and personal growth. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand yourself and your experiences, and develop tools to navigate challenges while moving forward with greater clarity, balance, self-compassion, and confidence.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy. You’ll have a calm, supportive, and judgment-free space to talk at your own pace. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what may be contributing to it, and what you hope to get from therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background and experiences so I can better understand you as a whole person. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and what feels most important to you. I’ll also explain how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have, so you feel comfortable with the process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we can go from here.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I value building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, authenticity, compassion, and collaboration, while also creating space for humor and lightness when appropriate.
I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, self-esteem, guilt and shame, career stress, and major life transitions. Many of the women I work with are capable and successful on the outside but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. I support clients who have a growth mindset or are open to developing one—individuals who may be ready to increase self-awareness, learn healthier coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies to manage emotions, cope with challenges, and create meaningful change.
I use ACT to help clients make space for difficult thoughts and emotions while focusing on what matters most to them. Together, we build flexibility, self-awareness, and practical skills to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I use motivational interviewing to help clients explore their own reasons for change without judgment or pressure. Through collaboration and thoughtful conversation, we identify strengths, build confidence, and support progress toward goals that feel meaningful to them.
I use EMDR to help clients process distressing or traumatic experiences that may continue to affect their functionality. The approach supports the brain’s natural healing process while helping clients develop a greater sense of calm and emotional balance.
I use somatic techniques to help clients develop greater awareness of the connection between their thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and nervous system responses. In sessions, I may incorporate grounding, mindful body awareness, breathwork, and noticing physical sensations associated with stress or emotional experiences.
