Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have over 18 years of experience. I describe myself as compassionate and understanding. I pride myself in the way individuals can trust and feel safe to share anything without feeling judged. I feel that I am a good listener and work at understanding what your needs are. My approach is client-centered, and strength based. I utilize CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR and Spiritual modalities.
In our first session together, we will cover some housekeeping rules. You will tell me more about what is bringing you to therapy, and we will get to know each other.

Ms. Belinda is very helpful. She's authentic and asks the necessary hard questions. I feel very seen every time I speak with her and even after my appointments I'm left thinking about how I can approve. I personally have had a hard time showing my authentic feelings but there's no hiding from Ms. Belinda! I look forward to our appointments and I'm pleased that she's helping me see my true self and not the mask I've created for myself.
