New to Grow
With over a decade of experience, I help clients find relief, clarity, and emotional balance. Using CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, I support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. My goal is to help you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your life. I have been a social worker for 13 years.
Our first session will vary and be tailored to your individual needs and desires. It will likely include obtaining relevant history and identifying treatment goals
My own lived experience as a member of the LGBTQIA community along with being someone that has dealt with chronic illness gives me a unique life perspective that I feel makes me a better counselor. I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert on yourself and I'm just here to help guide you to a better life by exploring what gets in the way and how to cope.
I'm excited to work with someone seeking effective support for emotional and behavioral challenges they feel unable to manage alone. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, identity stressors, chronic illness, or relational difficulties. I work with individuals who value insight, personal growth, and evidence-based care. Together, we identify barriers, develop adaptive coping skills, and create sustainable change in a supportive therapeutic environment.
