Healing the past. Growing in the present. Strengthening the future. Life can become overwhelming. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply going through a difficult season, you deserve a safe place to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I’m Lorena Quintana Gallion, LCSW, a bilingual English/Spanish therapist. I believe you already carry strengths within you, and my role is to help you recognize those strengths, build on them, and develop the tools you need to move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy—you just have to be willing to take the first step.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen to your concerns, learn about your experiences and goals, and create a space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify what you would like to work on and begin developing a plan that fits your needs. You don’t need to come prepared with all the answers—just come as you are. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the possibility of change.
I bring compassion, understanding, and a genuine belief in each client’s ability to heal and grow. As a bilingual English/Spanish therapist, I strive to create a welcoming, culturally responsive space where clients feel safe being their authentic selves. What makes my approach stand out is that I don’t focus only on what is going wrong—I help clients recognize the strengths they already have while developing practical tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges. My compassionate, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach allows us to work together at a pace that feels comfortable while creating meaningful and lasting change.
Individuals and who are seeking healing through therapy by learning about themselves. I help individuals through processing life's challenges and creating a pathway to mental, emotional, and physiological healing. Individuals find healing through coping tools, self-regulation techniques, and learning about mental health conditions. Individuals will learn about how to gain relief or overcome symptoms from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, panic attacks, and other mental health conditions . Individuals are welcomed to give me the priviledge to provide support through unconditional positive acceptance and empowerment.

Strength-Based treatment is important because when I learn about my clients, I am not just looking for what needs to be improved in their lives. I am learning for what is strong in the their lives, what strengths they have, and what qualities they have. Strengths are used to overcome barriers and get to joy.

So far so good. I was a little skeptical to begin with due to bad past experiences, but Lorena took all doubt away. She’s solution oriented with an intelligent perspective that allows me to prevent the excuses of things not getting done. Lorena is great so far!!!!
