Welcome! I'm Erica. I'm an LCSW, short for Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working in the field for nearly 30 years. I enjoy helping my clients navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence based care. Whether you're struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for healing.
After brief introductions, we'll get into the specifics that brought you to seek therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I listen without judgement. I'm able to help clients see multiple perspectives of whatever issue they bring to the treatment environment.
My approach is one of client centered and tailored to meet each individual's needs. I love working with clients who are eager to live up to their fullest potential. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights to create meaningful change in your life.
I ask my clients to think about the behavior they want to change, why they want to change and visualize what their life will look/feel like when they are successful changing it. Notice I say when they change because recognizing the desire or need to change means you're half way there.

I've heard good things about this therapy and I really just want to find somebody that can help me please
