I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in the State of Florida I am dally licensed in FLa and SC. With over 32 plus years of experience, I am comfortable dealing with many kinds of issues and welcome the opportunity to assist you. I would like to work together and help you discover the tools necessary for a new and improved outlook. I am here to assist with any challenge that is affecting your well-being, and also have expertise in Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief and Loss issues, relationships, LGBTQ. Our first session is a sharing of the issues that brought you to me, history of what you would like to share about your life and where you would like to be. Some of my biggest strengths are in the areas of stress, anxiety/panic disorders, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions whether it be family, academic or career based. I work with many populations from college students feeling overwhelmed, relationship issues, work life balance, parenting training and coaching , to empty nest parents redefining their roles, to retirement transition. I have expertise in EAP counseling across Federal and non federal agencies, Military, Veterans, Police and First responders.
I treat just about everything someone needs help with.
