New to Grow
I have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver where I focused on clinical work with individuals, families, and trauma reprocessing and recovery. I've practiced in inpatient and outpatient professional settings since 2009 and as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 2016. I have advanced trainings and certificates in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Although my clientele is broad, I specialize in working with people who are struggling with eating disorders, experiencing trauma and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
We all face major challenges and painful experiences throughout our lives, and it is often difficult to ask for support or know where to begin. I am here to provide you a safe space to share your experience without judgement. We will work together to develop skills and strategies to move you toward the life that is most meaningful and true for you.
I will meet you wherever you are in life and support you with honesty, compassion, and empathy. Because no one can do this alone.
I have 17 years of experience in working with eating disorders both late-teens, adults and their families to support their recovery goals. I also work well in supporting people experiencing trauma and loss, navigating relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I do this by holding space for individuals to open up about their thoughts and feelings, identify skills and support their valued direction.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals reconnect with what is most important, their values. Together, we will identify the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be getting in the way of living in alignment with those values. We will build practical skills to navigate difficult experiences, increase flexibility, and create meaningful change.
