About me

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Work with 10+ years of experience working with individuals who struggle with anger, anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, and personality disorders. I utilize CBT and DBT to help patients challenge automatic negative thoughts and help them learn to regulate their emotions. I have facilitated DBT and Anger Management groups with great success.
