About me

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD. As a mental health therapist, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional regulation, as well as challenges related to communication, self-esteem, and daily overwhelm. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can deepen your self-understanding and learn tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and feel more in control of your life. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. You set the direction, and I provide guidance, insight, and support to help you create meaningful, lasting growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you and what's bringing you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals so we can start building a clear picture of your needs. There is zero pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers. You are welcome to bring notes, take your time, and move at whatever pace feels comfortable. We'll talk about what you'd like to get out of our time together and begin outlining a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, comfortable space where you can truly be yourself without judgment. From that foundation, I help you explore patterns, build self-awareness, and develop healthier, more realistic ways of coping. I balance deep empathy with guidance, helping you feel completely supported while supporting your growth in ways that feel meaningful to you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of past experiences that shape how they see themselves and relate to others (such as trauma-related experiences or being neurodiverse). Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, low motivation, or a sense that something in their life isn't working anymore. I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, including those exploring or understanding their neurodiversity. Together, we make sense of how your brain works, identify what best supports you, and build strategies that align with your needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

Very lovely person very understanding! Helpful in acknowledging a feelings but also situationally aware of outside forces and not afraid to show that understanding or explain it. All around helpful!
