I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and complex relationship dynamics. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by difficult relationships, family conflict, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck or emotionally drained. I specialize in working with individuals recovering from relational trauma, including relationships involving narcissistic or high-conflict dynamics. Together we work to untangle confusing patterns, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild a stronger sense of self. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and understood in our work together. My approach combines warmth, insight, and practical strategies so that therapy not only helps you understand your experiences more clearly, but also feel more confident and grounded in everyday life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope might change through our work together. I also want to understand what has helped you in the past and what has not. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together. There is no pressure to share everything right away — therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and heard in our work together. I bring both warmth and insight to therapy, helping clients recognize patterns that may have been difficult to see on their own. My background working with relational trauma and high-conflict dynamics allows me to help clients untangle confusing relationship patterns, rebuild confidence, and develop healthier boundaries. I balance insight with practical strategies so clients not only understand their experiences more clearly but also begin to feel stronger and more grounded in their daily lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or drained by difficult relationship dynamics. Many are navigating anxiety, family conflict, or patterns in relationships that leave them questioning themselves or struggling to set healthy boundaries. I work especially well with individuals who want to better understand these patterns, rebuild confidence in their voice and choices, and create healthier, more balanced relationships in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or relationship stress and develop practical strategies to shift those patterns. I integrate CBT with a trauma-informed and insight-oriented approach, helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change.
