I am a licensed psychologist who works with adolescents, college students, adults, couples and families navigating major life transitions that can increase anxiety and stress or place strain on relationships. My clinical approach is client-centered, collaborative, and individualized. I work to create a supportive and psychologically safe environment in which clients can explore concerns, develop insight, and build effective coping strategies. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
