My approach is client centered and prioritizing engagement being strength based, collaborative, and individualized to meet the needs of each client I work with. I draw on a variety of evidence based treatment modalities in order to best meet the needs of the individual. I am working with including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic, behavioral therapy, play therapy, and interactive activities, among others. I have over 25 years experience working with children adults, parents and caretakers on a range of needs, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, school challenges, intellectual, and developmental disabilities behavioral challenges, navigating relationships, family and parent/child connection.
