Hi there and welcome. I'm glad you're here. My approach is one of curiosity and collaboration. You are not in this alone. A little about me: I've had the privilege and honor to collaborate with people of all ages with so many stories and experiences for the past 20 years. I've held my social work degree since 2020. I have spent time working with kids, teenagers, adults, and older adults and supported people with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and those who experience psychosis or (un)explained spiritual experiences. I look forward to having an initial meeting to explore if it's a good match. ALL ARE WELCOME.
During our first session, we will demystify and clarify anything about therapy that feels like an unknown and discuss what the next sessions can look like. I will have many questions to ask as I get to know you and I understand that building a relationship takes time. I am also happy to provide information about me that may help us get to know one another. For starters, I am California born and raised and have a very special cat who you may see from time to time.
My strength is a commitment to meet people where they're at each session to provide the best experience.
My primary focus is for you to feel seen and heard. We can work together to address your problems or uncover what you want to work on. All we need to do is show up as our best selves that day and be open to learning from each other. I am comfortable supporting folks with clear goals and those working to define them.
