An innovative, empathic, therapist that is able to meet a client where they are and leverage creativity and resourcefulness to engineer solutions tailored to the client's unique needs. As a therapist I have 7 years of experience working with diverse populations including indivudals experiencing PTSD, addictions, childhood trauma, and difficult life transitions. I have worked with adults, children, and families in a variety of settings including in-home sessions, therapy offices, and hospitals.
Upon our first session we will work as a team to put together a picture of what issues you are experiencing and gather basic information that may be relevant to your situation. I will use assessment tools and purposeful questioning to aid us in gathering this information. I will also work with you during this session to develop a therapy schedule that works best for your life and schedule.
My approach to therapy is unique because I aim to ask questions that will help you gain a different perspective or encourage you to broaden your thinking around solutions, goal planning, and what outcomes you want to see in your future.
