I am passionate about providing services to those who want to take that step forward to begin their journey to healing. I’m a therapist based in Missouri who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self esteem, depression, and the effects of trauma. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud dog mom who loves rollerskating, music, and movement whether through dance or fitness.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, the goal is to get to know who you are as a person, not what you've been through. My goal is that you leave feeling welcomed, understood, and seen. We'll go wherever you want to go, at whatever pace feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I value authenticity and balance, and I bring that same energy into my work with clients. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of the clients I support come in feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotionally stuck, or weighed down by experiences that continue to show up in daily life. They are looking for a listening ear and practical skills and tools that are useful for everyday life, not just in session. If that sounds familiar, you don’t have to sort through it alone.
