I am passionate about providing services to those who want to take that step forward to begin their journey to healing. I’m a therapist based in Missouri who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self esteem, depression, and the effects of trauma. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud dog mom who loves rollerskating, music, and movement whether through dance or fitness.
During our first session, the goal is to get to know who you are as a person, not what you've been through. My goal is that you leave feeling welcomed, understood, and seen. We'll go wherever you want to go, at whatever pace feels right for you.

Many of the clients I support come in feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotionally stuck, or weighed down by experiences that continue to show up in daily life.
