Clients say this provider is
I specialize in working with men, particularly those navigating identity, relationships, work, and major life transitions. I work best with adults ready for focused, engaged therapy and interested in building greater stability, clarity, and confidence. My approach is structured, collaborative, and active. Sessions require a private, distraction-free space (no driving or being driven), and I work with clients who are prepared to show up consistently and participate actively in the process. In addition to my behavioral health qualifications, I have formal business school training and certification in Human Resources Management, which gives me an additional perspective on career, workplace, leadership, and employment-related concerns that often intersect with men’s identity and well-being.
In our first session together, you can expect a chance to settle in, talk things through, and get comfortable. We will focus on what feels most important right now and what you would like to see change.
I specialize in working with men navigating relationships, career pressures, identity, and major life transitions. Many men come to therapy when the ways they have handled life for years are no longer working, but they are not sure what needs to change. My approach is focused, practical, and collaborative. I help men understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck, clarify what they want, and develop more effective ways of approaching work, relationships, and life.
I support clients facing anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, stress, relationship problems, grief, and burnout. I offer a compassionate, active, and practical therapy space where clients can feel understood, build effective coping tools, and move toward meaningful emotional growth. I have additional training in substance use disorders and work-related stress management. I look forward to assisting you, and I hope to see you soon!

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it’s considered the gold standard for treating anxiety, depression, and many other challenges. CBT is evidence-based, practical, and highly effective because it focuses on changing unhelpful thought patterns that drive difficult emotions and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to set clear goals, build coping skills, and apply tools that create real, lasting improvements in daily life.

During today's session, she helped me think about tools for growth and skills for coping which I am very grateful for.

Fantastic first session! Yulia was warm and kind, made sure I remembered my strong qualities: that I am resilient and strong; her questions were on point and fitting, and she helped uncover the self-abandoning pattern that I was aware of but hadn't really dealt with. Really loved Yulia, will continue with her!
