About me

Hello, I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice sine 1999. I work with a general adult population, with my main focus being on PTSD, depression and anxiety. During the early stages of my career, I performed extensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. This helped me to understand the general workings of the brain and how important it is to utilize this knowledge in my therapy. I have found that helping my clients understand that mental illness is not "just in my head" or something I need to "get over' has been so very beneficial in people healing and taking control of their lives. I hope to have the opportunity to help you heal and make positive changes in your life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, I will tell you a little about myself and answer any questions you have for me. We will talk about the reason you are coming in for therapy and I like to get general background information about you (ex. education, medical history, etc.) . I will also discuss strategies for symptom relief from the anxiety, depression or distress you may be experiencing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strength as a provider is to meet the person where they are and help them work to make the changes that are best for their life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am open to working with anyone who is ready to heal and make positive changes in their lives.
