Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During my first session, I will introduce myself and I take the time to allow my clients to ask questions. I want my client to feel that we are a good fit for each other. I discussed confidentiality, explained my approach to therapy, and worked to establish rapport, allowing the client to share their concerns. My primary focus is getting to know each other and building trust.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider, I tailor my approach to fit all clients. I don't have a one-size-fits-all approach. My approach depends on the clients and their needs. I use various approaches to help my client explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and personal growth through a collaborative and confidential relationship.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adolescent and adults. I help individuals identify, understand, and change difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve their overall well-being. My focus is to equip my clients with the tools and strategies to navigate challenges and build resilience in the face of uncertainty.
