I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I am a certified ADHD Clinical Specialist. For the past four years, I have worked primarily with middle school and high school age clients. I am comfortable working with adults and children of all ages. I believe that mental health treatment is vital to the mind, body, and soul of each person.
The goal of the first session will be to build report and establish goals for your treatment. We will talk and I will ask questions that will help guide us through this process. Ultimately, I would like to find out what changes we can make together that will impact your life in the most meaningful ways.
