My approach to therapy it electic utilizing psychodynamic, solution based therapy, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR and currently, studying ACT.
I am compassioinate, a good listener and empathetic. My life experiences have enriched my understanding of the complexities of life and families. I have worked with all ages through a community mental health agency as well as a telehealth platform. I appreciated Carolynn listening however it was difficult doing it on the phone as my voice was muted and she could not see me, I could only see her. I keep asking you to resend the link help

Carolynn Feldblum has been the only therapist that I have found to be a good fit out of all that I have tried in the past. She is very warm, empathetic, and solution oriented. She has helped me feel validated and reframe my thought process when I had been feeling my lowest. After taking a little break from therapy due to personal reasons, I wanted to make sure that I start therapy with Carolynn again because I trust her guidance in helping me navigate through difficult emotions. She's truly made a difference in my life :)
