New to Grow
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or challenges with eating and body image, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. I work with adolescents and adults and strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe being themselves. My approach is collaborative and practical — together we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping strategies that actually fit your life, and work toward goals that matter to you. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based techniques. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences. Whether you are dealing with constant worry, low self-esteem, relationship stress, emotional eating, perfectionism, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness,
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to stress or keeping you feeling stuck. We’ll also begin identifying practical tools and strategies to help you manage challenges, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build genuine, trusting connections with clients. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where people feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly about difficult experiences. Clients often appreciate my balance of compassion and practicality — helping them feel understood while also providing concrete tools and strategies they can use in everyday life. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, and challenges related to eating or body image, while supporting them in building healthier coping skills and greater self-confidence.
My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and want support navigating life’s challenges in a healthier way. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, or concerns related to eating and body image. Many of the clients I work with are highly self-aware and motivated for change, but feel caught in patterns that no longer serve them. They are looking for a therapist who offers both compassion and practical, evidence-based strategies to help them better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT because it is an evidence-based approach that helps clients recognize and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, leading to improved outcomes in anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
Motivational Interviewing
I use MI to help clients resolve ambivalence and increase their internal motivation for change in a supportive, nonjudgmental way.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness to help people slow down, feel more grounded, and learn how to respond to their thoughts and emotions instead of feeling overwhelmed by them.
