About me

Hello, and welcome! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University. I bring a diverse and valuable background in supporting individuals through various life transitions and challenges. My experience as both a therapist and a case manager has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the different factors that shape each person’s journey. I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are navigating challenges related to life transitions, boundaries, personal values, anxiety, family relationships, and communication. I believe that therapy provides a meaningful space for growth, reflection, and connection—allowing clients to develop greater self-awareness and create positive, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the ability to build a life aligned with their values and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming space where you can begin sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll take time to explore your current concerns, personal goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also share more about my therapeutic approach and answer any questions you may have about the process. This session is primarily about getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll begin identifying the areas you’d like to focus on and start building a collaborative plan that aligns with your needs. Many clients describe the first session as a mix of conversation, reflection, and relief in finally having a space that’s entirely their own—where they can speak openly and be heard without judgment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My experience working with diverse populations from many different walks of life has shaped my ability to listen deeply and empathize with each person’s unique story. I value openness and curiosity, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel seen and understood. In my work, I provide space for clients to explore their own paths while empowering them to tap into their inner strengths and resources. Together, we work toward finding solutions that align with their personal values and lived experiences. This approach not only fosters a sense of autonomy and agency but also encourages meaningful self-discovery and lasting personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoys working with clients who are navigating life transitions and seeking to redefine their sense of purpose. Many of my clients are at a stage where they’re exploring who they want to be and what truly matters to them—often while feeling the pressure of societal or family expectations. These individuals are typically motivated to grow and make meaningful changes, but may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or discouraged by the uncertainty that comes with transformation. In our work together, I help clients slow down the noise of external expectations, reconnect with their values, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life path.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and learning new ways to respond, clients can develop healthier perspectives and coping skills that lead to lasting positive change.

Integrative

I use an integrative therapy approach, which means I draw from different therapeutic methods to best fit each client’s unique needs. Rather than relying on one single model, I combine techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and mindfulness—to create a flexible and personalized plan that supports your goals and growth.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-centered therapy is used to create a non-judgmental space in which you get to explore all the different thoughts you have and see which path fits best in your life. My role is to walk down that path with you to clarify, reflect, and guide you to what is the best decision for your life.
