About me
Hi - I’m Crystal. It sure is complicated to be an adult these days. We are surrounded by chaos, catastrophe, uncertainty – on top of regular life expectations of work, relationships and family. The canned response of “increase your self-care” is much easier said than done. Co-existing with anxiety and/or depression has become a way of life. Sometimes just having a person to rely on to listen to your struggles would make the difference. As someone well versed in anxiety, therapy is a huge help. Our first session gives us the opportunity to explore what your expectations for therapy will be. My approach is conversational, minimal homework and maximum emotional exploration.

I specialize in working with anyone struggling to constantly answer the "What If's." I provide compassionate, non judgmental and supportive space to find the internal resiliency to get through what you are going through.
