My goal is to help you find peace and a sense of balance in your life. My specialties include the treatment of mood disorders, anger, women's issues, anxiety and depression for teens. adults and older adults. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and thorough conversation to build a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice mostly over tele-health, giving us the ability to connect conveniently and safely. I am proud to say that I give my clients excellent personal attention and customer service. I am easy to contact and flexible so that you can get the treatment you need without the hassles.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I always take a detailed inventory of my clients Biological, Psychological and Social information, past and present. I like to use the session to gather information, develop rapport and begin learning about you and setting basic goals for your treatment.

My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is a therapy that focuses on helping patients explore their resistance to making changes. I can help you identify goals and tackle the obstacles to achieving them.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy offers a safe emotional space to process your loss. There are many reasons you may experience loss, even from life changes/losses you may see as positive. Therapy will teach you ways to cope and honor your loved one or past experience while taking care of yourself as well.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use Written Expression Therapy to help clients face their trauma in a safe and controlled way that will not re-traumatize them. Through a 5 week process, clients gradually confront and reframe their experience leading to significant reduction in acute and chronic symptoms.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT has many applications that involve using your own awareness to explore and solve many different emotional issues.
