About me
Hi! Do you feel like you can improve your life; relationships, emotional stability, productivity, education, spirituality and health? I am here to guide you to find a balanced life and help you be the best you can be. I will use a whole self approach to address the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. Together we will find your balance by addressing the most pressing issues and continue to push through those obstacles holding you back and keeping you stuck. I am highly trained in research based therapeutic methods and also experienced through my own struggles and victories. I have worked with adolescents and youth for more than 28 years and I have also worked with children, families and adults. I work with the premise of unconditional positive regard towards my clients. The idea that mistakes can be corrected, faults can be forgiven and second chances is what makes us human. I believe in practicing learned skills, setting attainable goals, and celebrating small wins.
