With my trauma focused background, I help clients understand how they've been affected by things that have happened to them and how life experiences shape core beliefs. Our first session is chance for me to get to know you and identify your needs. We will spend time talking a bit about your history so I can better understand the life experiences that have shaped your thoughts and feelings. I use a client centered approach along with cognitive behavioral techniques to make sure my clients feel valued, nurtured, and build confidence over time. The main thing I want my clients to know is the there’s nothing wrong with them, something happened to them.
