My treatment methods

EMDR

I have extensive experience using EMDR to help clients process trauma and emotional challenges. This method uses bilateral stimulation, like guided eye movements, to reduce the emotional charge of distressing memories and help clients reframe negative beliefs. In my practice, I use EMDR to safely process traumatic memories, reduce emotional triggers, and build resilience, empowering clients to heal and move forward with healthier coping strategies.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have extensive experience using CBT to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors. In my practice, I use CBT to reframe unhelpful thoughts, teach coping skills, encourage healthier behaviors, and improve problem-solving, empowering clients to create lasting change and better manage emotional challenges.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients process trauma by identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts like guilt or self-blame. In my practice, I guide clients to reframe these distorted beliefs, promoting healing and healthier perspectives on their experiences.

Trauma Informed Care

I use Trauma-Informed Care to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected. This approach focuses on recognizing the impact of trauma, empowering clients in their healing process, and tailoring treatment to their unique needs, ensuring they feel in control and supported throughout.

Couples Counseling

I use couple counseling to help partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional connections. My approach focuses on creating a safe space for open dialogue, addressing underlying issues, and developing healthier relationship patterns to foster mutual respect and empathy.
