New to Grow
As a licensed therapist in Arizona, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My professional approach centers on helping clients develop self-compassion, improve communication, and discover deeper personal meaning. I have extensive experience addressing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic work focuses on empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, heal from past experiences, and cultivate healthier relationships—with themselves and others. I am particularly passionate about supporting women's emotional wellness, addressing attachment dynamics, and helping clients work through guilt, shame, and personal transformation.
Our first session is really about two main things: getting to know each other and making sure you feel safe and comfortable here. Think of it as a gentle conversation where we gather information to lay the foundation for our work together. During this first session we will start understanding what those needs are. We'll explore what brought you here and what you hope for in your life, all at your own pace. You're in the driver's seat, and I’m here to support you in that process. We'll cover some logistics and then get to know each other to see if we're a good fit to walk this path together.
I have always been fascinated by human behavior, and the incredible resilience and strength we all possess. I operate from a place of deep compassion and empathy for others, and I truly believe in the power of therapy to help people find a better way to live. I belive whole heartly respect and safety are the Foundation: Above all, you can expect to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am happy to create this safe place for you to be open without judgment.
I specialize and am passionate about helping clients identify what areas in their life they would like to improve and then work together to identify barriers that prevent change. Gaining self-awareness is necessary to create new messages and behaviors that support growth and replace old negative messages and behaviors that no longer work.
I use CBT with most of my clients, I find clients find this easy to understand and can see and feel changes quickly. Together we can work to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
I tend to use Compassion Focused Therapy with members who carry guilt and shame and have a hard time disputing negative thoughts because they believe them. This therapy provides education and teaches clients to have self-compassion and build foundation for CBT.

I use EFT for cleints who want to explore an process the root cause of emotions. I find clients who have not had emotions validated can understand and work with them.
