About me

Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in North Carolina! My experience ranges across several settings including as a therapist in a psychiatric residential treatment facility, outpatient therapist, and at a private practice. I work with teens, individual adults, and couples assisting them with navigating through various issues. I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will discuss the challenges you are currently facing and the goals that you would like to accomplish. We will begin getting to know each other and developing an understanding of what you want your therapy journey to look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a natural ability to form connections with people and I sincerely prioritize the welfare of my clients. I find various ways to remind clients of their goals and support them in conquering obstacles. I am a human first and make efforts to ensure that my clients are comfortable within the therapeutic space.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy collaborating with clients from diverse backgrounds. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers or adults who are struggling with life situations but are ready to work toward overcoming challenges.
