I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a focus on sexual wellness and pleasure. I am passionate about alleviating the impacts of systemic and internalized racism, sexism, transphobia, and homophobia. My goal is to support you in imagining new possibilities for your life, deepening your relationships, and addressing both your individual experience and the society and culture in which you live. My work is relational, meaning that our trust and connection is most important. I want to meet you where you are right now and support you in moving towards a more intimate relationship with each part of yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I want to drop in and get a feel for your cadence, way of speaking and being in the room, and your understanding of yourself and the experiences that brought you to therapy. My hope is that our sessions feel like conversations, not like you're being observed or analyzed.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I care deeply about my client's autonomy and I respect and value their expertise on themselves. My stance is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering. I want to support you getting more deeply in touch with your own intuition and desires. I'm also fun!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I particularly enjoy working with bisexual & pansexual folks, witchy/spiritual folks, and those seeking more pleasure and joy in their every day lives.
