About me
Hi, my name is Thirslon Williams, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at the University of South Florida and my Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My experiences in counseling have enabled me to assess patients, gain an understanding of the root cause as well as offer pragmatic solutions.

In the first session together we will start with the immediate and any outstanding issues that may or may not hinder you from being able to function on a daily basis. This will assist me in creating a plan of action that best suits the therapy goals that you set.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My goal is to work closely with all patients to help create and enact healthy strategies and behaviors in hopes of changing their lives for the better. It is my hope that throughout every session with me patients will have a sense of relief that someone is here to help and listen, a sense of hope in resolving their issues and a sense of pride knowing that they have made the right decision in seeking therapeutic intervention.
