About me

Hello. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I received my Masters from the University of Illinois at Chicago and my Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law. I have 20 years of combined experience in private practice, public schools, and a children's hospital. My style is warm, collaborative, and clear. I specialize in supporting clients who are ready to explore the deeper “why” behind their struggles while also building practical tools for change. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, conflict in close relationships, self-doubt, or life transitions, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to move forward. My work is guided by deep respect for each client’s unique story, pace, and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Therapy starts with introductions and leads to the identification of the specific challenges you're facing. Focusing on your specific challenges allows us to create a plan to work through in follow-up sessions. Working together I will help you address stressors and provide tools to manage and overcome stressors. I will offer guidance, coping strategies, and tools to navigate difficult emotions and situations. Additionally, we may explore underlying issues and identify emotional and behavioral patterns. Therapy provides a safe space to express yourself and gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, ultimately leading to personal growth and positive change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and respected—especially when they’re sharing the parts of themselves that feel most vulnerable. I bring a calm, grounded presence that helps clients explore difficult emotions and relationship patterns without fear of judgment. I’m skilled at helping people connect the dots between past experiences and present struggles, and I balance insight with practical strategies so clients can make meaningful, lasting change. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship tension, inner conflict, or self-doubt, I support them with empathy, clarity, and a deep belief in their capacity to grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to explore the patterns that keep them feeling stuck—in relationships, in their emotions, or in how they see themselves. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and the impact of difficult life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally burdened on the inside. Whether you're struggling with boundaries, inner criticism, people-pleasing, or conflict in personal or professional relationships, I provide a supportive space to untangle what’s going on beneath the surface. My approach is relational, practical, and insight-oriented. I help you make sense of your emotional world while building tools to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. If you’re looking for a therapist who will help you slow down, go deeper, and create real change—without judgment—I’d be honored to work with you.
