Hi all, I am an open minded, empathetic and non-judgmental woo woo mental health counselor, also known as an eclectic spiritualist. Everyone is unique and therefore I use Person Centered, mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an eclectic and holistic approach with my clients. I incorporating dream interpretations, basic astrology, tarot and oracle cards, when appropriate. I will work with you and your chart to help you find ways to overcome challenges and find ways to balance your life.
In the first session we will get to know each other through an array of questions consisting of your mental health background and current issues. I am very laidback in sessions and will work to make you feel comfortable so that you we can begin to build trust and hopefully have a positive therapeutic relationship.
I am an eclectic spiritualist, which means that I incorporate selected elements from different beliefs and religions and use them in my own spiritual practice. This allows me to connect with people who normally feel isolated or hide their experiences due to feeling judged and ridiculed. Let's talk about those stressors, spiritual gifts and dreams. Even if you are not spiritual, into the occult or religious, I will still work with you to provide a non-judgmental environment so that you can focus on creating the better version of you.
I work with adult clients, one on one, who are seeking guidance with… Every day stressors in life. Anxiety relief. Grief- can be the loss of a loved one, loss of employment or a breakup. Developing coping skills. Understanding yourself and setting positive boundaries. Spiritual and personal growth and exploration. If you feel like you have lost your connection to your spiritual self and want to find it. **Session are in English Only and afternoon to evening hours**
Sometimes we have thoughts and beliefs that may interfere with daily life. This is where CBT can help. I use CBT in sessions to help individuals challenge and have more control over their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
I have always used a person-centered in sessions because I believe people are individuals and they know their life better then anyone. Person-centered therapy allows them to direct the session where they feel comfortable.
I have always welcomed an eclectic type of life and in therapy. When appropriate I utilize an eclectic array of tools in session, such as dream interpretation, tarot, oracle and basic astrology. These tools are used as a means of gaining insight and reflection on an issue with self and ancestors.
I use an array of holistic mindfulness practices within therapy to assist with being present, showing yourself acceptance and compassion. Meditation, spiritual guidance and journaling are incorporated into therapy.

Natasha is incredible. We instantly connected and she made me feel at ease. She’s so easy to talk to and a great communicator on what to expect moving forward and her tailored approach.

This was a wonderful first meeting. Finding a new therapist can be daunting and then meeting with them to see if they're a good fit can also be stressful. She's laid back and easy to talk, so I'm looking forward to our next meeting.
