Hey! I'm Tabby and I have experience working with children, teens and adults. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 11 years to include intensive in-home, crisis services, Substance abuse groups, and working with intellectual disabilities. I like to utilize different approaches to therapy and consider myself very person-centered and cater to the needs of my clients. I have experience in utilizing sandtray techniques, CBT, trauma, strength based approaches, and integrating other techniques to best support your goals. I work with diverse populations and backgrounds and am very motivated to helping others achieve their goals, advocate for themselves, and provide emotional support and counseling to individuals and families.

In our first session, we’ll have an introduction to get to know each other, review your goals for counseling and what you are hoping to achieve and create a treatment plan specific to your goals!
