In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I know it will be difficult to start building rapport- however I am easy to talk to- it is normal to feel nervous, strange or uncertain about what to say. I am not perfect however I am congruent on being myself around my clients.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My passion has always been to help and guide people going through difficult journeys. My preferred therapeutic approach is CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to develop solutions so people can identify and transform their way of thinking to be more positive. I also utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to help in resolving ambivalence and finding more internal motivation. Also, I am bilingual- Spanish -Proficient in writing and speaking the language. Treating clients- ages 18 and up in New Jersey.
