Therapy with me is taking a journey through the labyrinth of your mind. It's a journey into who you are, or think you are, and why. It's narrating your stories through the use of a metaphysical philosophy of Epistemology, which is the study of Knowledge. Your subconscious and Shadow, the stories you tell yourself and where they came from. Mindfully exploring if what you see is Reality or just perception. It's family of origin, a examining the stories through a cognitive behavior eye-why you are the way you are, and what to do about it. How to interact from a place of authenticity without letting outside judgements play games with your stories.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed space where you’ll feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. This session is all about getting to know you—your experiences, challenges, and what brings you to this journey. We’ll explore what’s currently happening in your life, the patterns you’ve noticed, and the goals or changes you hope to achieve. I’ll guide the conversation with curiosity and care, asking thoughtful questions to understand your unique perspective, family dynamics, and the narratives that shape your life. We’ll also discuss how I approach therapy, combining techniques like Shadow Work, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral insights to help you navigate your inner world. This is a time for you to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, ask questions about the process, and begin to connect with the idea of rewriting the stories that no longer serve you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together to uncover insights, shift perspectives, and create meaningful change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My full belief that everything is "figure-outable," with patience and non-judgement. The path of Neurolinguistics is one of flexibility which affords the most power.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

clients who are ready to take a deep and introspective journey into understanding themselves and the narratives that shape their lives. These clients may be: Individuals navigating life transitions who feel lost or disconnected and are seeking clarity, purpose, and alignment. Professionals or creatives who want to break free from limiting beliefs and step into a more authentic version of themselves. Those grappling with family of origin dynamics, seeking to understand how past relationships and patterns influence their present. Clients intrigued by metaphysical and philosophical approaches who are open to exploring their subconscious, Shadow, and the intersection of knowledge, perception, and reality. People striving for authentic relationships—with themselves and others—who want to move beyond fear, judgment, or external expectations. Solution Focused Brief Treatment

PRN Therapy: Healing on Your Terms, When You Need It Most Life doesn’t follow a neatly scheduled timeline, and neither should therapy. Some days, you might feel steady—like you’ve got things under control. Other days, life throws a curveball so wild it leaves you spinning. That’s where PRN therapy comes in. PRN, short for pro re nata—Latin for “as needed”—means therapy that meets you where you are, exactly when you need it. No rigid schedules, no forced weekly check-ins, just real-time support tailored to the moment. Why PRN Therapy? Because Life Doesn’t Wait Imagine this: You’re in the middle of a heated argument with your partner, emotions high, words flying faster than reason. You don’t need a therapy appointment next Tuesday—you need insight now. Or maybe you’re standing at a crossroads, unsure whether to take that job, end that relationship, or make a major life change. Why wait weeks for guidance when clarity could be just a conversation away? Traditional therapy follows a medical model—structured, scheduled, and often slow-moving. However, PRN therapy embraces fluidity and flexibility. It understands that emotional and psychological needs don’t fit into a pre-set calendar. It’s therapy when life happens.

Existential

Existential Therapy: Navigating the Unknown Life’s transitions often come with uncertainty—who am I now that this relationship is over? What do I do if this job no longer fulfills me? Where do I go from here? Existential therapy thrives in the space between the known and the unknown, helping people sit with uncertainty, embrace change, and redefine their meaning and purpose. PRN therapy shares this philosophy—it doesn’t demand a rigid structure but instead walks with you as you rewrite your narrative.

Narrative

Narrative Therapy: Rewriting the Story PRN therapy recognizes that we all live by the stories we tell ourselves—some empowering, some limiting. Narrative therapy focuses on reframing those stories, helping you see yourself as the author rather than just a character reacting to life’s plot twists. In moments of crisis or transition, PRN coaching acts as a guide, helping you reinterpret the past, reshape the present, and rewrite the future.

Jungian

Jungian & Shadow Work in PRN Therapy: Unearthing the Hidden Narratives Life transitions don’t just bring change—they stir the depths of who we are. Beneath every decision, hesitation, and emotional storm lies something deeper: the unconscious stories, hidden fears, and forgotten pieces of the self that shape our reactions. Jungian and Shadow Work in PRN therapy is about diving beneath the surface, exploring the unseen forces that influence your journey, and reclaiming the parts of yourself you may have abandoned along the way. The Shadow: Your Unwritten Story Carl Jung described the shadow as the parts of ourselves we suppress—old wounds, unspoken desires, inherited beliefs, and emotions we were told were “too much.” But what we push into the dark doesn’t disappear; it lingers, shaping our choices and reactions from behind the scenes. In PRN therapy, we don’t just look at what’s happening on the surface—we ask what’s happening beneath it. Why do certain patterns repeat? Why does fear whisper just when you’re about to take a leap? Why does an old wound reopen at the most unexpected moments? PRN therapy allows you to explore these moments as they arise, without waiting for a scheduled deep dive. When life shakes something loose—an emotional trigger, an unresolved wound, a fear of moving forward—we meet it in real time. The Power of Integration: Becoming Whole Shadow work isn’t about "fixing" yourself—it’s about reintegrating the forgotten parts, making peace with them, and turning them into sources of strength. It’s about recognizing that the aspects of yourself you’ve buried—your voice, your needs, your creativity, your power—were never meant to stay in the dark. PRN therapy helps you hold space for these discoveries, guiding you through self-inquiry, dreamwork, visualization, and narrative reframing to bring clarity and transformation. The Journey: A Lantern, Not a Map Jungian work is a journey inward, one that doesn’t follow a straight path. PRN therapy offers a lantern in the dark, illuminating the subconscious patterns influencing your choices, so you can walk forward with greater awareness and authenticity. It allows you to explore these insights at the moment they emerge, helping you break cycles, rewrite narratives, and step into the fullness of who you are—not just the version of you shaped by past conditioning. Because sometimes, the thing holding you back isn’t the transition itself—it’s the untold story beneath it. Let’s uncover it together.
