Do you feel overwhelmed by life lately? Wouldn't it be great if life was a never-ending vacation! Problems and bad days wouldn't exist and we would live over and over the best days of our life. Well, life is forever changing. Change happens all around us... with family, friends, work, relationships, or with our health. How is change impacting your life? Do you feel stressed? Do you feel like no one understands? Do you feel like people are trying to help but are really just making things worse? Do you feel like you don't know what to do about the problem you are facing? Do you feel like life is passing you by and you just can't get ahead? If you can relate to any of the questions above then you have come to the right place. You are not alone. My name is Stacey Luczejko and I am here to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). The last 17 years I have been servicing individuals, couples, and families in various counseling capacities within schools and the community. I hold a Bachelor's (BS) in Psychological and Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. I also hold two Master's Degrees from Rider University: a Master's (MA) in Counseling Services and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) Master's Degree. My passion is helping individuals overcome life's struggles and come out on the other side refreshed and thriving. I have had numerous clients tell me that I was the therapist they needed to make the changes they were after. How much better would your life be if the changes you are after fell into place? What would do with your time if you felt better? Let's connect, schedule an appointment today!
In our first session, you will meet me via video session. We will do introductions so that I can get to know you better and get a better sense of your therapeutic needs. I will also, address any questions you might be having about the therapy process and future sessions. From there we will get down to business, but always move at a pace you are comfortable with in order to move things toward the changes you desire. My client's often leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and supported. Plus, my clients often tell me that they feel relieved to have gathered some new information, ideas, and/or strategies to make use of after our session. Schedule an appointment today, the changes you crave are only a few clicks away.
My biggest strength is my passion for helping people and finding tangible things my clients can take away each session. It is important to me that my clients find therapy with me useful and applicable for "real life" situations. My ability to help shows through in my training and natural ability to see what is "good" even in the most challenging/difficult situations to help clients start living more positively and feel like they are thriving in life. Creating change can be challenging but with me by your side it will feel less overwhelming. My clients have told me time and time again they love my ability to point out small improvements being made throughout their counseling experience.
I love working with clients of all ages, whether new to therapy or experienced with therapy. Clients that gain the most growth from therapy with me are: *People who are ready for positive change. * People who can set aside 45 minutes per week to invest in their future self by attending sessions regularly. * People who feel lost or who are wanting coping skills and strategies to improve their life and the way they feel. * People who are open minded and curious about how I can help them put the pieces of their puzzle together to go from surviving to thriving. If you are new to therapy: my clients experience the most change when they are eager to improve but lacking in tools, lacking in direction of where to start, and/or how to put the pieces together to get things to fall into place in a way they desire. If you are experienced with therapy: my clients experience the most change when they are eager to improve, already have some skills or strategies under their tool belt but are struggle to make more change or find more relief. Together we find ways to further customize strategies, tools, and systems to better meet your needs so the pieces fall into place more easily.
