I have over 30 years of Clinical Social Work/Psychotherapy experience in providing Behavioral Health Therapy to individuals, children and family to develop successful coping skills for symptoms management related to Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulations, Low Self-Esteem. In addition to Couples, Marital conflict/resolution focus. Women Empowerment issues. I will provide you with the necessary tools to help you work on becoming successful in overcoming your personal conflicts. Using positive empowerment mantras. I enjoy helping couples resolve misunderstanding and to gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of each other through couples' mindfulness resolution. I also can use Faith base/Spirituality as another avenue to reach resolution of self-doubt and other family related issues.
