About me

Welcome! I’m Catherine, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting women through the many transitions that shape their lives. Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, navigating postpartum challenges or experiencing any significant life change, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and faith-informed care. I specialize in helping women manage anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational changes, dysfunctional relationships, and emotional overwhelm related to various life stressors. Together, we will explore your strengths and develop tools for resilience. My preferred therapy modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to your unique needs, helping you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and integrate faith and psychology.

Catherine has really helped open my mind to things going on in my life. Even with just a few sessions, people around me were able to see a difference in me and my family and I have definitely benefited from my sessions with her. She’s very supportive in my journey, while also pushing me to do things that are challenging but will ultimately benefit my mental and physical health in the long run. I can’t say enough good things about her
