During our first session, we will start with introduction, identifying your current needs/challenges that you want to improve and providing education regarding the therapeutic process. and start to develop goals.
I have professional experience in working with adults for the past 18 years. During this time, I have worked with Hispanic community, helping clients that suffer from chronic mental illness. In the last, 5 years i have been providing online therapeutic services to adult from different cultures. My strength is providing a non-judgmental, safe, supportive environment where all the parts of your system are welcome and understood.
My passion is to work with adult that are eager to move forward and are looking for support to help them identify their barriers that are stopping them from be the person they always wanted to be. They want to embark in a journey of self-discovery. My clients want to improve but they are missing the tools to move forward.

I provide safe, compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive environment to help people make sense of the symptoms that stem from different parts of us, each of which play a particular role to help us function in everyday life, to distract from emotional pain and others that try to get our attention to help them heal. If your mind is constantly filled with traumatic memories from your childhood, and you feel overwhelmed by the emotions and feelings, you feel disconnected from your body, you are hypervigilant and don't feel safe even though you know that you are logically safe, but your body doesn't believe it. I can help you to get out of that trap.
