About me
My goal is to help clients learn skills to manage anxiety/ depression and, provide a warm therapeutic relationship that will stimulate healing. I provide a safe therapeutic environment where you can express your truth without judgment. As a team, you and I will work together to address the symptoms and develop positive coping strategies to utilize during challenging times. I am a Mastered level clinician who studied psychology, and Mental Health counseling. I have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient services. I provide care in group therapy, and direct care with individuals providing safe therapeutic, milieu, and crisis intervention.

As a person who struggles with anxiety disorder, I can help reduce the level and intensity of the disorder, and return to a normal-like routine.

My biggest focus is working with inidvuduals of color and latino. As I have many years expereince working with individuals of this particular, I am open in working with other culturals.
